Time-2-Talk workshop
The Social Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) team has put together a virtual workshop (free to attend) to support schools who may be receiving refugee pupils.

The workshop will take place on Microsoft Teams and includes a whistle stop tour of aspects around identity, trauma and the importance of connections and play (for all ages). All staff are welcome to attend (Heads/Principals, Family Support Workers, Teachers, Teaching Assistants…)
Workshop outline:
- How to make quick meaningful connections
- Understanding how to support children experiencing the loss of their home and sense of safety
- The positive impacts of playfulness

- Thursday 16 September – 3.20 – 4.30pm
- Wednesday 13 October – 3.20 – 4.30pm
- Thursday 11 November – 3.20 – 4.30pm
