The school portal hosts all forms that schools may need to access.

Update 16 April 2026: 

The school portal link is now live.  This can only be accessed by the school's designated administrator once they have received their login credentials.  

The forms include:

• Element 3 / SENIF
• Physical Intervention Reports (EPIF)
• Part-time timetables
• SEND Support Service referral form
• Education Welfare Service (Penalty notices)

How to access the portal

All schools have a designated administrator who is responsible for setting up school staff access. If you do not know who is your school's designated administrator, please contact your school office or email schools.extranet@leicester.gov.uk.
