The school portal hosts all forms that schools may need to access.

The forms included on the school portal are:

• Funding application (Element 3 / SENIF)
• Part-time timetables form
• Physical Intervention Reports (EPIF)
• SEND Support Service referral form
• Education Welfare Service (Penalty notices)
• Whole school BERA audit

How to access the portal

All schools have a designated administrator who is responsible for setting up school staff access. If you do not know who is your school's designated administrator please contact your school office or email schools.extranet@leicester.gov.uk.
