The school portal hosts all forms that schools may need to access.

The school portal link is now live. This can only be accessed by the school's designated administrator once they have received their login credentials.
The forms include:
- Element 3 / SENIF
- Physical Intervention Reports (EPIF)
- Part-time timetables
- SEND Support Service referral form
- Education Welfare Service (Penalty notices)
How to access the portal
All schools have a designated administrator who is responsible for setting up school staff access. If you do not know who is your school's designated administrator, please contact your school office or email schools.extranet@leicester.gov.uk.
